All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, where required by law.
The applicable price is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed before the customer confirms the order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. ORDERS
To place an order, you must select the desired products, add them to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process.
Before confirming your order, you will be able to review and correct your order details.
By clicking the final order confirmation button, you acknowledge that the order involves an obligation to pay.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues or inaccurate customer information.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be made at the time the order is placed.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Your payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not have access to your complete payment card details.
An order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been shipped, the customer may receive a tracking number where tracking is available.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control.
However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights regarding delivery.
7. FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping may be offered for orders meeting the minimum purchase amount displayed on our website.
Unless otherwise stated, our current free-shipping threshold is €50.
The conditions of any promotional shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
For products, the withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the end of the 14-day period.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, the direct cost of returning the goods is the customer’s responsibility.
The returned products must be handled with reasonable care. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
9. REFUNDS
Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs paid for the original shipment, subject to applicable law.
We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Store credit or an exchange cannot replace a legally required refund unless you expressly agree to it.
10. EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another product, color or style, you may return the original item where legally permitted and place a new order.
11. RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products should be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging where reasonably possible
- Free from stains, odors, makeup, damage or other signs of excessive use
These conditions do not limit your mandatory legal rights.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception applies, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
